We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email ambasadorevents8@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Returns are sent directly to our CJ fulfillment partner after approval. We will provide the confirmed return address and instructions for your item. Please do not send a parcel before receiving these instructions. Our contact address is not a return address.

AMBASADOR Jewelry pays return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Under our voluntary return policy, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. This does not affect applicable statutory rights, including the European Union cooling-off right described below. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. This right is separate from our 30-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
